Why do my clothes smell funny?

We know that front loading washing machines look nice. They look high-tech. They look - and often are - expensive.

But ever wonder what that smell is from?

Did you know that when you leave your front loading washing machine door shut all the time, mold collects in the gasket?

The mold can leave your clothes with a foul smell and is definitely not good for your health.

Although it might not look as tidy as you’d like, try keeping your machine door open in between washes whenever possible, or at least over night.

It will also help to keep that gasket clean. Take a rag or towel and clean the gasket with some hot soapy water once a month.
